Settings not saved on S07

Postby smt_best » Mon Dec 17, 2018 1:24 pm

I have a pumpkin S07 unit running Android 4.4.4.
The problem is that the settings I chose in the Settings menu (the volume attenuation level when the reverse camera is activated) are not actually saved, and as soon as the unit is turned off (not after sleeps of shorter than two hours), the settings are somewhat reseted.
Moreover, updates to original apps (e.g. Google Play Services) are rolled back once tge unit is powered off and on agian.

Please Help.

Settings not saved on S07

Not the case. I save after every level. As youll see if you re-read my original message, I do say that newer saves are not overwriting the old save game.

As a matter of fact, I can't find your "original message". So this seems to be a "known bug" of this system, and what a pit.....
If the settings are not set to be saved at all, so what the hell can be the benefit of such settings???

Hi smt_best ,
normally the settings can be save without any doubt. I read your post before , but i don't understand your query, could you show me an video about it ?
Could you tell me your order number so that i can confirm your unit model and tell me your car model and years ?
Regards
