As you told me, I contacted the seller. The problem was solved after six months (it's a long time)! In the end, the seller offered three options:
1. return the item for repair
2. repire it in locale. I will issue 60 USD to you as a compensation.
2. do not need to return the radio to us. We can send you a new one. You just need pay 200USD to us.

I decided to do self-repair and gave the device to the workshop.
The problem with the permanent shutdown of the device turned out to be faulty with the video driver 7026b-tf. I reported this to the seller and he sent me a new video driver. In the repair shop everything was done and the problem with the constant shutdown and friezes stopped and everything was fine. I wrote about this to the seller.
Up to this point, I have not had any complaints about the seller. But after repairs the seller did not get in touch. After I asked him for an account of cash compensation (as agreed), the seller brought me to the black list! What's happening?!
