Hi,
First, you can try to enter into settings---car settings---extra settings(password:123456)---panel key page to program the key function again.
If this still doesn't help, you can disassemble the unit and check whether the flat cable of the keyboard loosen or break off or not.

@jammy: Oh my gosh, you are not really sugesting a customer to disassemble the radio. He will loose his warrenty in this case!!!

@tehringer: Send that crap back and get your money back. This will save you alot of time...
Unit: CN10-02201B
Amazon Order number: 302-3168126-1316346
:!:***HINT***: To all complaining about slow units: Pumpkin is limiting the maximum CPU frequency to 1200 MHz (at least for my radio-type) although they are advertised with 1600 MHz ***HINT*** :!:

Hi,
the disassembly is under our guidance so it would not break the warrenty.
