CN10-04202H-01A Recovery Mode

Could you please explain to me how i am able to enter the recovery mode on this specific devise.

Due to some problems with the unit (radio not working properly, TA Traffic switching on and off rapidly, AF not working) i will need some firmware help, and the possibility to enter recovery mode, since i don`t have the option : software update in "about the tablet" screen.

the software update option position: settings---car settings---software update.

This option is sadly not available for me. If i click on it nothing happens.
The MCU update button does work.
So there must be another way to enter recovery or start an update
