I needed help and clarification about a multimedia center I bought at Gearbest last year.
I bought with the reference that is in the subject, but in reality the device that I received in the purchase was a Pumpkin with the characteristics that I show in the photos below. I noticed the brand and features later. I contacted Gearbest and it does not support the device, only return and assistance policy that does not interest me much.

I will explain my problems and what I want to help.

I can not pair the appliance obd2 with this unit
I bought a sim card to have internet and the unit does not recognize anything
I can not update the software
I do not have auto settings.I would like to have my car logo
The torque application has disappeared from the system.
There is no file management application
among other things that I see in videos and tutorials
I do not know the correct model of the unit, I can not find it here in the forum!!!

I would like to know what I can upgrade to get the best from this unit with the hardware features it has.
Can I upgrade to another android system? higher than 5.1.0.
Have other firmware base? Upgrade MCU? The best applications for auto? have another launcher?
I have seen in google play several launchers, can I install and manage between them?

I would be grateful for all the possibilities and help you may receive from you.
I have seen some videos tutorials on youtube, I think it does not fit in my situation and I am afraid of damaging the unit.

1.about the internet, our unit only support WCDMA sim card.
2.about the obd , i don't know which obd device you used.I suggest you consider our obd device Y0014.

3.about the car logo, you can download some logo picture you like on the root content of the internal memory or sd card,then enter factory settings(password:3368) - logo page and you will find your picture there.
